The medical mouth opener is made of PP+TPE composite material with a single product weight of only 7g. Adopting an ultra-thin wall design of 0.3mm, its dimensional tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.01mm and weight tolerance within ±0.1g, achieving micron-level precision control.Equipped with a 4-cavity mold, the HD280 completes the molding cycle in 23 seconds. Supported by 40 years of multi-color injection molding experience and patented turntable technology, the positioning accuracy reaches ≤0.01°. Combined with the high-rigidity single-cylinder injection structure, the machine features fast response and high precision, perfectly meeting the stringent precision requirements of the medical industry.
ES320 All-Electric IMM for packaging
The IML yogurt cup is made of PP material with a single weight of 10.5g. With an 8-cavity mold, the molding cycle is only 6 seconds.Tailored for thin-walled products with a high flow-to-thickness ratio, the ES320 All-Electric injection molding machine delivers mold platen repeat positioning accuracy below 0.01mm and a high injection speed up to 450mm/s.
